ORTOFON RMA 229S for EMT 930
The Ortofon RMA-229 was definitively one of the hottest candidates for my beloved 930.
After a constant lookout for one I find this beauty, in very good shape an dconditions.
Now it's time to finally understand wich is the best match for this turntable between EMT 929, RMA 229 or FR 64S...

FIDELITY RESEARCH FR 1 MK2
This is the legendary Fidelity Research FR-1 MK2 designed by Ikeda.
Originally introduced in 1967, as an upmarket model at more than twice the price of the original MK1 version.
Wonderfully musical, the FR mated well with higher mass tonearms.
Despite the age, it nears the listener to the music, letting music to flow in a free way.
Another GREAT performer from the past.

Marvin Gaye would have turned 73 today.
What a great singer, songwriter, performer, human being...Probably one of the greatest singers of all time.
A giant talent. What Marvin might be doing today...
